Join our Italian office based in Rome and be a key player in the delivery of our local projects. You will be part of a close-knit team where collaboration is highly valued. Working with Vix, you will be supported by a Global network while having trust and autonomy in your work. 


As Project Manager, you will have a highly versatile role where no two days are alike. You will be working on complex projects for different customers, such as the City of Rome or the Lazio region, managing the assessment, scoping and implementation of our Automated Fare Collection solutions.



How you will make an impact: 


  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are understood and considered. 
  • Manage the project execution to ensure budget, schedule and scope are on track.
  • Collaborate with project delivery teams to ensure successful integration of products. 
  • Support a common set of practices, principles and templates as part of Vix Global ePMO.
  • Monitor project risks and proactively identify solutions. 



What you could bring to our team:


  • Experience in delivering complex projects with an understanding of software development methodologies.  
  • A collaborative, customer centric and respectful working manner, with a team-work mentality.  
  • Extensive Customer, Vendor and Stakeholder Management experience with strong communication skills.  
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Open Payment or Automated Fare Collection Systems will be highly regarded.
