We are looking for a hands on Field Service Technician that will be responsible for device commissioning, device installations, device repairs, processing documentation, shipping, receiving, inventory management, and maintaining all workshop equipment.

Responsibilities

What will you be responsible for?

 

  • Manage and complete device installation projects
  • Read and interpret complex schematics, technical manuals, and engineering drawings.
  • Analize and interpret device malfunctions and isolates faults
  • Perform field service/on-site maintenance for all devices
  • Track and report on all device repairs, including paperwork
  • Maintain workshop and testing equipment

Qualifications

What does our ideal candidate look like?

 

Ability to exercise patience and professionalism during stressful customer interactions

Ability to set customer expectations and routinely meet or exceed these expectations

Minimum two years’ experience with electronic repairs and installations

Experience drafting easy-to-understand and follow technical procedures
