We are looking for a hands on Field Service Technician that will be responsible for device commissioning, device installations, device repairs, processing documentation, shipping, receiving, inventory management, and maintaining all workshop equipment.

Ability to exercise patience and professionalism during stressful customer interactions
Ability to set customer expectations and routinely meet or exceed these expectations
Minimum two years’ experience with electronic repairs and installations
Experience drafting easy-to-understand and follow technical procedures
