We are loooking for a Service Desk Analyst that will deliver a world class customer experience. In addition, key duties include technical troubleshooting, prioritization & escalation, report generation, among others.


What will you be responsible for?

  • Adhere to KPI’s, SLA’s and contractual objectives
  • Coordinate issue resolution between operations support, development teams and any other support required to address various issues.
  • Before/After hours on-call customer support as required.
  • General IT support (laptop imaging, phones, mapping printers & Drives, system access).
  • Responsibility‌ ‌for‌ ‌answering‌ ‌all‌ ‌Service‌ ‌Desk‌ ‌Incoming‌ ‌calls, ‌ ‌emails, ‌ ‌and‌ ‌Ticket‌ ‌Requests.


What does our ideal candidate look like?

  • Superior customer service and communication skills - both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service-related field.

  • Minimum of 1-year experience performing IT support or prior Help Desk or Service Desk experience.

  • Working knowledge of IT components: servers, desktops, networks and security.

  • Highly Desirable: Knowledge of ITIL Methodology.
