We're on the hunt for an experienced Global Product Manager to lead our Contactless Payment Product - Whisper.


Reporting to our Global Head of Product Management in the UK, you will play a leading role on contactless EMV and our wider integrated payments strategy, working in partnership with our Pulse Product Line Manager and Product Owners in Australia, as well as our sales and delivery teams across Europe and the USA. You will have the opportunity to drive the outbound product management function, including product plans, pricing, market research, competitor analysis and pipeline growth via pre-sales support.




What you will be responsible for:


  • Supporting our continued ambition to build a world-class product management team and create a better customer experience through our solutions.
  • Developing and implementing product strategies consistent with our business goals and market opportunity.
  • Ensuring Vix is viewed as the thought leader in the use of contactless EMV, improving transit services and the customer experience globally.
  • Being hands-on, with true ownership of driving outbound product management for Vix Whisper.



What we are looking for:


  • International product experience within European and North American markets ideal
  • Prior experience with contactless payments / EMV and the wider payments landscape
  • An understanding of automated fare collection systems and knowledge of transit technology is advantageous but not essential
