The role of Head of Sales Operations is central to Vix growth plans. This role is part of the strategic sales team that Vix has in place to drive growth. A key aspect of the role is to ensure a robust market engagement model is executed to shape and influence key industry stakeholders, ensuring as sales opportunities emerge Vix is well positioned. By forming and leading bid teams you will also be responsible for establishing and creating a high performing bid team, positioned for successful delivery.
As a senior sales expert you will have a proven demonstrable past experience in developing high-quality opportunity-specific response documents with competitive and compelling sales messages to satisfy client business goals.
Partnering with the Business Development, Solutions, Product and Operational teams you will work towards developing distinctive value propositions that enhance our customers’ competitive position and translate the win strategy into key themes.
You will utilise your past experience in sales operations to organise all elements of engagement, qualification and tender responses, whilst driving continual improvement within the market engagement and sales processes to ensure highest standards for all sales documents including compliance with corporate branding and client confidentiality requirements.
